Product Introduction
The hydraulic filter is an important component in the hydraulic
system.
In order to reduce the frictional resistance between the relative
moving parts in the system (mainly gears and bearings at all
levels) and reduce the wear of the parts, the lubriing oil is
continuously transported to the friction surface of each moving
part to form a lubriing oil film for lubriion. The hydraulic oil
itself contains a certain amount of gum, impurities, moisture and
additives. At the same time, in the process of working in the
hydraulic system, the metal grinding chips are brought in, the
debris in the air, and the oil oxides are generated, so that the
impurities in the lubriing oil gradually increase. If the lubriing
oil is not filtered and directly enters the lubriing oil circuit,
it will bring the debris contained in the lubriing oil into the
friction surface of the motion pair, accelerate the wear of the
parts, and reduce the service life of the equipment.
The function of the hydraulic oil filter is to separate and filter
out the impurities in the hydraulic oil, so as to improve the
quality and use time of the hydraulic oil, reduce the friction of
the parts in the equipment, and increase the life of the equipment.
